Sr. Director, Total Rewards

offer this mission critical telecommuting opportunity. The Sr. Director, Total Rewards will have
the following responsibilities and possess the below education and required experience. Come

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the
    attraction, retention, and engagement of the company’s talent.
  • Oversee the design, communication, and administration of the company’s compensation,
    benefits, and wellness programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary, bonus, and equity
    programs.
  • Able to leverage WD (or PBI) for data analytics, reporting, metrics and dashboards.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the HR technology systems,
    including the HRIS, and payroll.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in total rewards and HR technology, with
    at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of compensation, benefits, and HR
    technology, including the legal and regulatory aspects.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex and innovative
    total rewards programs and HR technology systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Workday and other HR technology applications.
